Dataflow : fix select vertex -> relax operation not working consistently
- issue was that the stamp.power is not always set properly when applying by selection
- changed the method of applying operation on selection by avoid passing the stampd and instead passing individual tool value, center and radius

- Restore Mouse L/M/R -> X/Y/Z axis binding option with renamed "Sequential Indirect Axes Buttons" setting.
- Add new setting "Additive Indirect Manipulation". When enabled, holding multiple mouse buttons enables manipulation across multiple axes.
- Ctrl+MMB is now always active. With "Sequential Indirect Axes Buttons" off, the MMB or LMB+RMB manipulates Z.
- With Additive Indirect Manipulation off, the target axis reacts to the most recently pressed mouse button.
- Pull out duplicate input mapping code from tests into its own function.
