Sequencer: Anim Mixer target selection.

Add target selection as part of the anim mixer track creation workflow, and also add a combo box for target selection on the anim mixer track itself.

Required making public the combo box for uaf variable selection as we reuse it in the combo box.

Minor cleanup of dataflow mesh boolean options
- ignore returned result of Compute(), as it typically just means some edge welds failed (ie. result has small cracks)
- let user control options for welding, simplification, and which input UVs are preserved when simplified. (w/ defaults that preserve previous behavior)

[PVE] Fix the missing bones for some parts of the mesh.

Reason if the last points NjordPixelID is a whole number the point was not considred as last point. Based on the Last point we end the segment for which we can reduce the bones, due to this check the segment was not getting added.

Fix the last point should just be the Last point in the branch.
